In a world of more opinions & encouragement to "speak yer truth" some mindful chat can be lost. How to deal:

𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁:
Change the subject, hoping they’ll get the hint, or, u can make the point that it's not an appropriate question u feel comfortable answering. A straightforward "I don't feel comfortable discussing that". If they push or demean that, "I don't think you're maybe aware that it's unappropriate/invasive"? can follow.

𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀:
U could say u would like their support, but if they can’t give it, then you would like them to stop bringing it up. That repeating this will not change ur mind.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:
If they can’t do the above, share that you will walk out of the room/hang up the phone/mute texts/do whatever you need to remove yourself from the conversation.

𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁:
Sometimes people just want to help but have no idea how. Or they're used to being in charge or their way is tried & tested. If u keep getting an opinion on a certain aspect, say u are sorted for that but ask for advice on another thing instead. They'll feel helpful & you’ll get something u actually need in return.

𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 & 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁:
Try not to send the message that you’re open to discussion. A simple “yes” or “no” is fine. U can say “Thanks for the tip!” or “I’ll keep that in mind!” (even if u won't). Feel free not to say anything by nodding or smiling, and removing yourself from the situation.

This is a whole different scenario of course if ur repeating harmful behaviours that others are trying to help with. If ur experiencing inappropriate opinions based on your life choices that should be respected though, hopefully this helps 💫✨️

✨️Switching to more anti inflammatory foods

✨️Rebalancing with pre/probiotics (more than 20 billion per dose capsules & fermented foods NOT gimmick yoghurt drinks)

✨️Antioxidants such as blueberries

✨️Reducing sugars (in drinks, snacks but also ensuring that if you're having more fruit then reduce your free sugars intake (as otherwise your sugar load is only increasing = increasing risk of diabetes)

✨️Building up stamina again (movement...low impact exercise, resistence, walking)

✨️Boosting lymphatic system (stretches, hydration, lymph massage, therapies)

✨️Rebalance electrolytes if needed (Magnesium or Epsom baths, bananas, mineral water, electrolyte replacing sachets)

✨️Reduce Cortisol boosting habits such as ni****ne, caffeine, sugar dependency, stimulant drugs

✨️Get good sleep & disengage from drama, social media lures that affect your mood. Enhance your creative side & mindfully participate.

✨️Assess your lifestyle and make positive changes to ensure you're equipped for better future immunity
