I'm running Kundalini Yoga Pregnancy classes from my home between now and Christmas - if you are pregnant or know any pregnant mamas who might be interested all the details are in the link below.

I'm setting this up because Glasgow doesn't have any pregnancy yoga classes specifically in Kundalini Yoga, in fact, I can't find a single class in Scotland. That makes us kinda special!!

Whether you are a beginner or a pregnant yogi from another tradition this class might just be what you are looking for, I'm definitely looking for you!

Pregnancy is a time of great change in a Woman's life. Whether you are beginning this journey as a first time mum or are on to number 3 (that's me!) Kundalini Yoga can transform the experience you have of yourself and of the beautiful new soul you are nursing into creation.

Hello SheWilders... Happy New Year!

I have finally shifted into my most dedicated offering for us to co~create within. I would truly love to be side-by-side with you as we trailblaze a new and exciting way to connect to each other and ourselves in meditation within the busy and demanding lives that we all dance with.

She's called CreateHER... and she came to me in the early hours of December the 22nd after i did my first live meditation with the women of my circle ~ the feeling of being in the moment, in shared sacred space, in each others awareness, women to women, and being able to offer simple and straighforward access to how my spiritual practice looks and feels was so powerful.

I am building CreateHER to invite all women into meditation that is a:live. A place where we can always be held, carried, witnessed and celebrated.

We get to see each other in our own lives, sharing in a lunar monthly meditation which we practice as freely and frequently as we can manage ~ seeing what that spiritual work looks like from home to home and women to women ~ witnessing and holding where you are is the most thrilling and inspiring feeling in the world to me ~ and knowing that you can witness me in my practice holds me to my spiritual life in a way that solitary meditation does not.

I only know that it worked for me from the first moment... and I deeply and dearly invite you into this circle of support to see and feel if it's the route into meditation and soul-care that clicks!

Where is your healing place? Today I'm reflecting on how I release myself from doing battle where I most want to feel at peace...

These days life feels heavy and more work than usual. Healing takes great preserve and asks for my recommitment almost every second of every day. Choosing to heal is the single biggest decision in life. I am also feeling right now like it’s the toughest too.

It's going to be such a special Untamed this Monday evening. We are welcoming lots of new women along aswell as the Perigee Full Moon shining her biggest and brightest in 60 years... I can't wait to see how her increase in light aids our circle - and there is one spot left (2 at a squeeze!) if you are craving a quiet and safe place of women to find clarity and peace in your life - bring yourself. that's all you need!

We are bringing soft focus and loving light this month to the things we need support in looking a little more closely at in our inner + outer lives.

The myth of Aphrodite and Psyche will give us the chance to explore how we sort and manage our lives and give us beautiful insight and simple tools to make everything feel more manageable... it's the perfect way to ground yourself into the festivities without the usual overwhelm...
