Our Beautiful Daughter Ellie Linden is only 15 years old ❤️

We are so unbelievably proud of all our members. Each and everyone of you are feeling and looking great 🤩

Everyone is looking healthier, glowing and more energetic everyday 🤩

The laughter we have every day, the stories we share, the advice we all give each other & the friendships that are being formed.....means we are all WINNING 💯

Another FANTASTIC week at The Club 🙌🏻

Our club members are all feeling FANTASTIC, all getting nutritional support on a DAILY basis and the RESULTS keep coming 💯

A combined weightloss from our members is NOW:

He’s fighting on the 8th of November.
Needed to drop a few kg and tighten his nutrition to compete at his best 💪🏻

▪️He’s DROPPED off 1.5% bodyfat
▪️He’s having 6 nutritious meals per day
