Alison lived with chronic pain for over 20 years.

Twenty years of medication. Multiple consultants. Dosages changed, treatments cycled through, answers that never quite arrived. Alison kept showing up, kept trying, kept hoping something would finally shift.

Pain doesn't exist in isolation.

Most people living with chronic pain already know that stress makes it worse - they feel it every time. What they're rarely told is why.

Cortisol, inflammation, sensitised nerve pathways, a nervous system trained to anticipate pain before it even arrives. This is the cycle. And it's physiological, not psychological.

You can't rest your way out of it. You can't think your way out of it. But you can interrupt it - with the right input, at the right level.

The hardest part of most health protocols isn’t starting them. It’s sustaining them when life gets in the way.

That’s what Jacks noticed about the Holon Sleep Box - not just that it worked, but that it didn’t feel like work.

While you sleep your brain runs its waste-clearance system, your cells carry out the repair work that can't happen during the day, your immune system consolidates, your nervous system processes and resets. This isn't optional background activity. It's the foundation everything else depends on.
