Just a wee bit of information for people who may be new to the event.
You will be met with a warm welcome during this fantastic, friendly event. All information is provided during check-in and registration.
Match timings for each class and results will be on display for you to view throughout the 2 days and each match will be announced over the PA system.
There is a printed programme for each player, which you will receive once you arrive, which will also contain times of all matches.
We have an amazing team of volunteers, who will all be wearing the same t-shirts, so are easy to spot, and they will be able to help you with any questions.
Players who booked and paid for meals in advance will have meals in the dining hall during the lunch slot allocated and all other meals will also be served in the dining hall.
If you have booked and paid for meals, you will receive a ticket to give to volunteers at the dining hall, so they can identify you.
If you have NOT BOOKED and paid for meals, then there is a café just outside the sports hall where you and all spectators can buy hot/cold food, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
The sports hall will be open late afternoon on Friday for a practice session, so if you are staying in alternative accommodation, this is a good chance to have a look around and meet people before the tournament starts on Saturday.
We are excited to welcome you all soon.
