Here’s to a month of new beginnings, days filled with gratitude, excitement and joy 🙏🤍✨

This holiday has come at the perfect time to reset, reflect and recharge before a very exciting month ahead for 11:11 🤩 It’s been exactly what I’ve needed to slow down, feel grounded and reconnect with my WHY 🫶

Everything I share comes from lived experience. The simple practices of working with energy, sound, breath and movement have helped me through some busy, tough and stressful seasons of life and that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing them with others 🙏If what I share helps even one person feel calmer, lighter and more present, then that’s what this work is all about 🙏At the end of the day life is short, we all have our own struggles and challenges and if we can find something to feel better, feel connected and feel alive then thats all that matters each day 🫶

July is going to be a special one, with our very first 11:11 ELEVATE Retreat Day in less than 2 weeks time 🧘🏻‍♀️ and the opening of 1111studio@melrose on 18/19th July 🤩 I honestly can’t wait to share this next chapter with you 🙏 for now I’m enjoying the last few days filling my cup with my wee family 🌍☀️before welcoming you this month 🙏 grateful always, Kirsty x

As we reach the halfway point of the year, it’s nice to take a wee moment to look back on everything the first half has brought us … the highs, the challenges, the lessons and the growth. Then allow ourselves to look forward and embrace the rest of the year with a bit more fun, a bit more light and plenty of time with the people who make your soul dance 🙏
