You'd be surprised how much of a difference when you take your supplements can make. 👀💊

It's not about taking loads of different supplements, it's about making sure you're getting the most from the ones you already take.

For most supplements, consistency is more important than the exact time of day.

A few are better taken with food, healthy fats or away from things like tea and coffee, but the biggest thing is building a routine you'll actually stick to.

I've put together a simple guide to make it all a bit easier. ✨

Over the last few months that I've been trying to force myself into creating content that just isn't me.

When I started Luthco it was never because I wanted to be an influencer or share every part of my life online.

I genuinely started it because I wanted to help people make better choices through education.

I do enjoy sharing little bits of life now and again, but I'm someone who really values my privacy, and trying to constantly capture 'content' has taken the enjoyment out of creating it.

So I'm going back to what I love.

More educational carousels, ingredient breakdowns, healthier swaps, product recommendations and all the stuff that helped me change my life around.

I'd much rather help you understand what's in your food and supplements than spend hours trying to think of another Reel to film. 😂

We had the best family holiday, and it was exactly what I needed. ❤️

Before we left, I was literally non-stop. Between the website orders, events, packing, running a business, trying to keep up with social media, being a mum and wife, and trying to keep up some sort of fitness routine for my own sanity, I was honestly exhausted.

If I'm being honest, I was totally scunnered with posting online.

People often think running a business is just about selling products, but there's this constant pressure to always be posting, creating content and chasing the algorithm.

I know it's part of running an online business, but it's so draining.

I'm not a salesperson. I'm not pushy, and I'll never be someone who twists people's arms to buy something.

I'm a wife and mum who's passionate about what goes into our bodies, and I genuinely want to help other people make better choices too.

That's exactly why I started Luthco.

And that's a wrap on the Glasgow Summer Sessions! 🎶🙌

Last night, My Chemical Romance brought the event to an incredible close. I'll admit, they're not usually my kind of music, but I was pleasantly surprised we both loved it lol ! 👏

A massive high five to the MCR fans... the energy, the passion! What a crowd btw 🖤

Now it's time for a well-earned holiday to relax and recharge before our final events in Edinburgh this August. After that, it'll be time to slow things down and get ready to welcome our baby girl in September. 💚👶✨
