Indian Pipe
This fascinating plant (Monotropa uniflora) is definitely one of nature’s weird wonders.

Because it has no chlorophyll and doesn’t depend on photosynthesis, this ghostly white plant is able to grow in the darkest of forests.

Many people refer to this strange plant as Indian pipe fungus, but it is not a fungus at all – it just looks like one.

It is actually a flowering plant, and believe it or not, it is a member of the blueberry family!

🍃Earth Day Blessings🍃

How lucky are we to live in such diversity

To have a home that is abundant in colour, vitality, medicine, & she gifts us everything we need and wants nothing in return

Nature is where we all meet, where all have a mutual interest, it is the one thing all of us share together, this wonderful world

Keep close to Nature’s heart… and break clear away, once in awhile and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods.
Wash your spirit clean.

Live in each season as it passes, breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the Earth.

Nature never hurries, atom by atom, little by little, she achieves her work.

As we step into Spring and feeling the awakening of the Earths rhythms as she births new life around us..we are sometimes encouraged to also step up into the hight of the this new awakening energy of the Sun!

Sometimes we need a little helping hand to do this as we step out of the slumber of the Winter & Dandelion is one of the first Flowers to bloom as we cycle though this transition.

The welcome energy of the luminous light that returns from the slumber of Winter & finally we welcome in the warm embrace of Spring.

Here we can pull in the healing powers from the Earth as she awakens & births so much new life, in the height of her fertility, may we feel this deep energetic source within us awaken with her & feel & embrace the wonders of all the elements as they work together to bring forth new beginnings, beauty & blessings!

We are going though a powerful portal of healing as we come back to the Earths nature, springing in the steps of devotion to self love, to the heart and to come back to community.
