It is not healthy for you to keep things inside. Expressing what you believe to be true could alter the decisions of others and change their lives as well as your own. The lion's head at Chalice Well represents the throat chakra of the body. It is a place of remembrance and speech. Focus on that image before you speak.
Contemplate the perspective of the angel and the lion from each one's vantage point, remembering that the mixing of the red and white waters of Avalon creates balance.
Where possible, make sure there is crystal clarity in the words you choose. Try not to slander or hurt anyone, as that always has repercussions. Talking about it will be a great relief to you. Unload your burden on a trusted friend who will really listen and not judge. After your discussion, you may arrive at a different way of viewing the situation, or talking may even defuse it. Take a deep breath and express yourself!
