Hey everyone! 🌿
A few of you mentioned you were gutted to miss last year’s camp out, so I wanted to make sure you’re in the loop for this year!
I’m holding space from Friday 10th July to Sunday 13th July 🏕️🌕🔥 for anyone who needs a bit of time out to connect with nature and good people.
There’s no big "event" or formal invite—it’s just a low-key, affordable weekend for those looking for something a little different. We’ll have yoga, kickboxing, and a sound bath all included, with Reiki available for a small extra fee if you fancy it.
We’re also really lucky to have Sam & Miranda from The Breath Connection joining us for a Breathwork & Ice Bath Experience (£25 per person). 🌬️❄️ It’s a powerful 5-round dynamic breathwork session followed by a guided dip in the ice pod—a total mind-body reset to help you feel clear, calm, and alive.
