Empower Personal Assistant meets at Youth Matters New Mills every Monday 12pm for a open-to-anyone dance class 🕺

High Peak Comps came to visit their World Cup themed dance and Alex came to dance to some football songs and donate some tasty chocolate footballs! ⚽️

Well today was a little bit wet to say the least! But as always Dave wasn’t phased , Dave and myself still felt the benefits of peace and quiet on the water , learning from Richard’s experiences and he caught a large rainbow trout ! Late lunch in a lovely spot and lots of laughter today . I personally love this activity as much as Dave , it’s been a pleasure!

Funny day with Jake today with the bowling tv malfunctioning 😂we had unlimited games which he loved , plus 4 strikes ! We also participated in a chair based exercise class , a walk and he got his Star Wars lunch ! Thanks for a laugh a minute today Jake ⭐️⭐️
