Unfortunately I’ve had to postpone all massage appointments this week!

A small cut on my right hand became infected late last week and I’m now on a course of antibiotics. Hopeful for things to be cleared up to resume as normal next week!

Nala, my gorgeous head of security and chief cuddle officer celebrated her 9th birthday this weekend!

After a morning of treats with the girlies she enjoyed an afternoon of her favourite pastime…napping!

Escaped the chaos of our building site (no kids in the concrete!!) for a glorious mini break to Brecon Beacons exploring waterfall country!

Check out my colour clashing snap at towards the end of our 5+ mile walk that went by far too quickly!
