Today i am sad to say that it is the end of the road for me as a consultant for the 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weightplan diet. Life has got busy (running my own business/family life) and therefore I am having to take a step back. I would like to thank all of my clients who have been on this journey with me from achieving firstly my own goals and then helping you reach yours. I have enjoyed every minute!!!

I started my journey with 1:1 diet by Cambridge weight plan company in September 2020 and lost 3 stone in 8 weeks on plan. I then decided to become a consultant in November 2020. After such easy success in losing weight for myself and achieving my weight loss goals on plan I wanted to help others achieve there goals too.

The Steps:

Step 1 - (Will help you lose weight quickly) x4 products.
Replacing all your everyday foods with nutritionally complete meal replacement products.
‘Shakes,smoothies,soups,bars,sachet based evening meals’.

Step 2 - (Needing a healthy meal of there own) x3 products.
Enjoy 3 products a day with a healthy meal of your choice/our own 1:1 tailored made meal menus that I can send over to you/purchase our step up meals. (See in photographs on my page).

Step 3 - (More flexibility) x2 products.
Plus a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Step 4 - (Busy lifestyle, hectic job, gym buddy, needing that few more calories) x2 products.
Continue to have a couple of products with your lunch/dinner and some added snacks. ‘Added snack’.

Step 5 - (Maintaining your weight) x1 product.
Along with teaching you portion control and how to cook healthy.

Step 6 - (Your own healthy lifestyle) x1 product.
A product to replace for yourself you feel you need to, maintaining your weight with your own healthy and active lifestyle.
