Replacing all your everyday foods with nutritionally complete meal replacement products.

Enjoy 3 products a day with a healthy meal of your choice/our own 1:1 tailored made meal menus that I can send over to you/purchase our step up meals. (See in photographs on my page).
Step 3 - (More flexibility) x2 products.
Plus a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Step 4 - (Busy lifestyle, hectic job, gym buddy, needing that few more calories) x2 products.
Continue to have a couple of products with your lunch/dinner and some added snacks. ‘Added snack’.
