Step into a transformative uplifting workshop exploring Hasya Rasa, the rasa of Joy!

Joy has a profound impact on our wellbeing and even at a cellular level… When we cultivate joyful states we naturally boost our “happy chemicals” ~ dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin, supporting our nervous system, lifting our mood, and nourishing our overall health.

This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with that radical, embodied joy that lives within you.

We will explore through play, asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation & practices to awaken and nourish this inner joy.

A Yoga practice that weaves together mindful movement, breath, and awareness to awaken the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you to yourself.

Regular practice of Hatha Yoga promotes overall well-being as it enhances both mental and physical health including strength, flexibility, and balance.

🪑 Seated Yoga (Tues 11–11:45am)
Gentle, chair-based yoga to improve flexibility, ease tension & boost well-being ~ perfect for all levels!
