🔗 Meet the lateral stabilisation chain:

🍑 Glute Medius– keeps your pelvis level
⚡ TFL (Tensor Fasciae Latae) – assists hip control and feeds into the IT band
🏗️ Quadratus Lumborum (QL) – the deep muscle that stops you collapsing sideways

When the glute med isn't pulling its weight...

❌ QL works overtime
