Whilst not in my group, 10 months in 2024 changed Amber’s life 🤩 – she discovered just how powerful it is to be part of a community that truly supports, encourages and keeps you going, lost an amazing 4st (25.4kg) and boosted her fitness along the way too 💪!

😍 Let me introduce Molly who has lost an incredible 7st (44.4kg) which has meant her smile is wider than ever ❤️! Doesn't she look simply amazing - well done Molly!👌

❣ Now Molly is not a member in my group however, week in week out I see my members moving their weight loss forward and I've many who have enjoyed very similar success AND more!
