Our sincere apologies to our customers who are eagerly awaiting the return of our Fill washing up liquid. The delivery didn't arrive by the end of last week as we'd hoped and this week we've been closed (except today). Delivery is now expected on Wednesday or Thursday of this coming week. Perhaps hang fire til Thursday or Friday to make sure...

My daughter turned 13 today (hence a week off veg boxes) She chose to head into Manchester with her friends. I went along just in case needed. And I chose to head to an old favourite.

If it wasn't my daughter's 13th birthday tomorrow and, at her request heading in to Manchester, we'd definitely be going to Eight At Gazegill!!

So we know that today has been a scorcher! Bloody lovely eh! I've been out pretty much all day. As someone who is fair and has burned in the past, I'm careful but also now conscious of the suncreams I/we use (research that, sun cream is full of carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting rubbish).

Today I've plastered on sun balm and am very pleased to say that I'm not red, burned, uncomfortable in the slightest. In fact my skin feels moisturized and my body feeling the benefits of soaking up some lovely vitamin D. Ignore the news, the sun isn't to fear, we need it for our health to blossom!!
