A little update and unfortunately not the one I’d planned. 😩

After weeks of hard work getting my new clinic ready, I was so excited to welcome everyone for opening week.

Unfortunately, life had other ideas…

In what can only be described as a spectacularly bad decision, I decided to remove a tiny screw from some fairy light battery housing… using a six inch knife. As you can probably guess, the knife slipped and I ended up cutting deep into the base of my thumb.

The result is stitches, a cast, a high arm sling and unfortunately, a partially severed radial nerve. At the moment it’s a waiting game to see whether it will heal on its own or whether surgery will be needed. Either way, I’m currently very much one handed!

Because of this, I’ve made the difficult decision to postpone my opening week. I want to make sure I can give every client the treatment and standard of care they deserve, and right now that’s simply not possible.

My new opening day will now be Monday 3rd August.

The good news is that all of the opening offers and discounts will still apply, so nobody will miss out.

I’m so sorry for the delay, especially to everyone who has been patiently waiting for me to open. Thank you all so much for your understanding, your kind messages and your support. It really does mean the world.

Hopefully I’ll be back doing what I love very soon… and I promise to leave the DIY to someone more qualified in future! 😂

Hello everyone.

I want to extend my deepest apologies for the break in service whilst I’m currently without a premises to work from.

Due to time restraints and having to do school runs, I’ve been very limited with the amount of clients I can get too on home visits (factoring in drive time too).

I’ve had to prioritise my most needy clients at this time and I appreciate that this may have resulted in a break in service for some.

I want to thank you all for your patience and understanding. I truly hope to have something sorted very soon!!
