I’m right in the middle of menopause myself, with two grown-up children (still living at home), a husband, a full-time job and all the usual life commitments…. including the never-ending question of what to cook every night - I mean, when does that stop?! 🤷🏻♀️ 😤
Menopause gifted me rage, OCD, being insanely hot at night like baby Jack-Jack in The Incredibles 🔥, a couple of extra stone… and a whole load of other symptoms. 🤦🏻♀️
So I get it. I know how hard it can feel.
That’s why I care so much about helping women stop being so hard on themselves, stop feeling like they’re failing, and start focusing on what actually works to support their health long term. 🥰
