🌳 Today we honour the Hawthorn Full Moon

As Hawthorn blossoms across our hedgerows, today’s Full Moon reminds us of the ancient relationship between lunar cycles, seasonal rhythms and the wisdom of the trees.

In Celtic tradition, Hawthorn is a guardian of sacred thresholds, symbolising discernment, protection and heart wisdom.

This evening, Joanna will be guiding an online Hawthorn Blue Full Micro Moon Meditation, inspired by these ancient teachings.

A beautiful opportunity to pause and reconnect with nature’s subtle guidance.

From the grounding strength of the Oak Moon to the golden stillness of midsummer, June offers a beautiful invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in the healing rhythms of the natural world.

🌿 Mental Health Awareness & Nature’s Quiet Medicine 🌿

In today’s busy world, it can be easy to forget how profoundly nature supports our wellbeing.

Research continues to show what many ancient cultures already understood — that time spent in nature can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and support emotional resilience.

As we welcome Beltane (now known as May Day) and tonight’s Willow Flower Micro Moon, it feels like the perfect reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. 🌕🔥🌿

For those who’d like to explore the deeper symbolism of Beltane, the Flower Moon, and seasonal wellbeing, Joanna’s latest Blog is now live.

🌍 Celebrate Earth Day in Nature 🌍

This Earth Day, step away from the noise… and back into the living world. 🌿

There is no better way to honour the Earth than by immersing yourself in it.

🌳 Sunday 26th April – Bluebell Forest Bathing
📍 Harry Edwards Foundation, Surrey Hills

Wander gently through woodland paths, breathe deeply beneath the canopy, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of nature.

This is not a hike.
It’s not a workshop.

It’s a guided journey into presence.

To listen…
To restore your natural rhythm alongside the Earth itself. 🌿✨

🌌 A Celestial Moment, Reflected in Nature 🌌

As the Lyrid Meteor Shower peaks on the night of 21st–22nd April, we are reminded to pause… look up… and reconnect with the quiet wonder of the natural world.

Even if the meteors remain unseen, this is a beautiful moment to slow down and tune into the subtle rhythms of both sky and Earth.

🌳 Here in the Surrey Hills, spring is unfolding in its own gentle magic — with woodlands alive, birdsong returning, and seasonal shifts all around us.

✨ If you feel called to deepen that connection, join us for a guided Forest Bathing experience — a peaceful, sensory journey designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

🌿 Our next session at the Harry Edwards Foundation offers a rare chance to experience the woodland at this vibrant time of year.

Step away from the noise… and back into nature.
