I currently have a room available to rent, which would really suit an Aesthetics Practitioner.
It is located within a long-established, very busy Chiropractic Clinic in Guildford (address below). So there is a lot of footfall for new clients.
The room is available for 3 days a week, on the other days it is occupied by me. I am an established Laser Consultant with many clients seeking Aesthetic treatments too.

The room has air conditioning and a sink.
A waiting area and a toilet are also available.
Days available are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.
3-day-a-week rental only, on a rolling monthly contract
Not available for single days
One month’s rent as a deposit with a two-month notice lease.
£700 per month (works out at £58 per day or £7 per hour based on an 8hr day)
