I’m a BACP registered counsellor specialising in working with children and young people, and I also offer clinical supervision for therapists and helping professionals.

My approach is gentle, relational, and creative. I believe in offering a safe space where people feel truly heard, understood, and able to explore their experiences at their own pace.

I work in a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming way, supporting each person as a whole individual.
