A Healthy Lifestyle Programme for those living with Long Term Health Conditions 🌿
We’re pleased to announce athis 7-week course starting 20th October, 2026.

Each weekly session will focus on practical, everyday strategies to help improve wellbeing and quality of life, covering:

• Nutrition and healthy eating
• Movement and gentle physical activity
• Sleep and improving rest
• Stress management

This supportive course is suitable for anyone looking to build healthier habits at their own pace in a friendly, welcoming environment.

📅 Duration: 7 weeks (starting 20th October and finishing 8th December- no group on November 17th)

FREE creative cooking sessions for all the family starting every Wednesday from 22nd April until 27th May !

Join us for friendly hands-on cooking sessions, learn new cooking skills together, share lots of tasty recipes and make new friends locally!

Led by Community Cook Zoe, these sessions teach essential cooking skills, focusing on preparing budget-friendly, nutritious meals that families can enjoy together.

In partnership with Saxmundham Community Fridge and Maple Farm.

We’re providing FREE, healthy ingredients for all the sessions.
