Sharing gently for anyone whose heart is being called towards the Venus Sequence and the Sage Sacred Circle.

A beautiful journey into love, contemplation, creative expression, embodied awareness, and authentic connection.

This week’s pulse is Gene Key 8 The Diamond Sutra.

Gene Key 8.4 is my Radiance Sphere ~ The Local Hero.

Creating coherence through generosity of spirit.

I’m gently realising that being sensitive does not mean I am weak. It simply means words enter deeply… and so I’m learning to become more discerning about whose voice I allow to live inside my heart.

Gene Key 8 keeps reminding me that true style is not performance.It is authenticity.It is the quiet courage to remain myself without hardening.

As my Radiance, Gene Key 8 shows me that my inner light is not strengthened through comparison, defence, or social approval… but through being rooted in the truth of my own frequency.

There is something so exquisitely tender in this contemplation.

A remembering that perhaps the most meaningful things in life move quietly… softly… almost unseen.

A soft word. A listening ear. A dance. A circle. A moment of kindness moving gently through the field.

I’m noticing too how natural radiance can sometimes stir discomfort or misunderstanding in others… and how easy it can be to quietly dim our own light in response.

And so this contemplation feels less about becoming louder… and more about remaining true.

Softening without collapsing. Shining without performing. Remaining open without abandoning myself.

The Local Hero reminds me that coherence is not forced.It is cultivated gently through sincerity of heart… through the subtle ecology of giving and receiving.

And perhaps this is the deeper invitation of Gene Key 8 for me…

To stay rooted in my own frequency. To trust the quiet ripples. To let my life become the prayer 🙏

Move With Ease ~ Gentle Somatic Dance & Community

Every Thursday morning at 10:30am
Hebden Bridge Methodist Church, near the Co-op
Donation based £5–£10

After many years of rebuilding my life slowly and organically through movement, healing and community, I’m beginning to root more deeply here in Hebden Bridge and offer something gentle back to the place I now call home.

Move With Ease is a small, welcoming movement space for all ages and all bodies. No dance experience is needed.

We begin in a circle and end in a circle, moving through a soft arc of:
• gentle warm ups
• creative movement prompts
• balancing and grounding
• relaxation and release
• space to move in your own way and rhythm

There is guidance throughout, but also freedom. You are invited to listen to your own body, self regulate, respect your own pace and simply enjoy moving with ease.

This is not about performance or getting steps right. It’s about reconnecting with your body, your breath, your pulse and perhaps each other too.

Afterwards we stay for a cup of tea, snacks and community chat.

If you feel drawn, bring a friend and come along.

There’s a quiet turning point around May 16.

The Ta**us New Moon feels like a return, to the body, to simplicity, to what it actually means to receive life without efforting it.

And I’ll be honest, I’ve been moving through this same theme for months.

Life slowed me right down recently, even through illness, and what I’ve called a forced pause has really felt more like a deep re-alignment. A kind of multidimensional detox that strips things back to what is essential.

At the same time, Mars meets Chiron in Aries, closing an 8-year cycle of healing around how we act, push, strive, and try to prove ourselves into worthiness.

When these currents meet, something becomes very clear.

The striving pattern is visible.
The over-efforting softens.
And the question underneath everything rises.

What if I don’t need to earn what I’m longing for?

If that lands, you may already be in the threshold of this shift.

This is the space we open in the Sage Sacred Circle, working through the Venus Sequence as a lived experience of love, embodiment, creativity, and authentic connection.

Not as concepts, but as real patterning that begins to unwind through awareness.
