Hi everyone! 👋🏼

For those of you who are new here, I thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm Charley, the face behind Active Motion

One of the reasons I love my job is not only helping you all but it's also 9 times out of 10 seeing immediate results!

My favourite treatment is definitely Cupping, that's just because I love seeing all the lovely circles left on you😂 but the most popular treatment has to be the deep tissue massage.

As well as having my own business, I'm also a fully qualified Highland dancing teacher and am lucky to be able to teach under my own teacher Tanya Horne🫶🏼

As most of you know, I love travelling and the summertime☀️

My favourite colours are orange (hence the colour of the logo) and red!

In the near future I hope to be able to offer different treatments and grow my business even further! Thank you to all my new and existing clients so far and I'm so excited to see more new faces come through the door. I will forever be grateful for all the people who supported the silly little idea of being a small business I had when I was 18 to what it has become🧡
