✨️Maybe you don’t need more information - what if you just need to give yourself permission?

Permission to pause, ask questions, take your time and trust yourself.

When you have the space to slow down, the right decision for you becomes so much clearer.

✨️ My role isn't to make decisions for you or tell you what's best.

It's to help you slow down enough to hear yourself. To give you the space to ask questions. To explore your options. To understand what's being offered to you and why. And then to support you in making decisions that feel right for YOU.

Because when it comes to pregnancy and birth, a positive experience doesn't come from having someone else tell you what to do.

It comes from feeling informed. Feeling heard. Feeling like your voice matters.

Your midwife's role and my role is different.

I walk alongside you, helping you navigate your journey with clarity, confidence and calm.

Because this is YOUR pregnancy. YOUR birth. And you deserve to feel like every decision is truly your own.

Have you ever left an appointment wishing you'd had more time to ask questions or talk things through?

With a few spaces still available for 2026 and now taking bookings for 2027, why not get in touch to find out how I could support you on your journey.

So many women tell me they're curious about home birth...

But they're not sure they're ready to commit to it.

And that's exactly why planning for a home birth can be so powerful. Because it's not about locking yourself into a decision.

It's about keeping your options open.

If labour begins and home feels like the right place to be, you can stay where you feel safest. In your own space. Following your own rhythm.

And if at any point you'd rather birth elsewhere, that choice is still yours.

When it comes to choosing between home and hospital, think about how you want to feel.

Safe, calm, confident? Free to trust your own body and make decisions that feel right for you?

Research shows that even planning for a home birth is associated with improved birth outcomes, including higher rates of vaginal birth, lower rates of intervention.

Not because home is magical.

But because feeling safe, informed and in control matters.

So if you're unsure whether home birth is for you, maybe you don't need to decide today.

Maybe you just need to keep the door open.

Have you ever considered a home birth?

As you're Doula I'll support you as you navigate all of this. Never telling you what to do, instead I'll remind you of all your options so you can make the best choice for you and your family. ✨️

✨Waiting for your baby to arrive can be hard. You might be feeling the pressure of being “overdue” or the weight of well-meaning check-ins from friends and family. Perhaps you're finding the later stages of pregnancy difficult to navigate, feeling concerned about your baby’s wellbeing, or simply just wanting to meet them.

✨Knowing that it’s normal for babies to arrive anywhere between 37 and 42+ weeks, and that your “due date” is very much just an estimate - calculated using outdated methods that don’t account for individual circumstances - can provide reassurance.

✨As you approach, and possibly pass, your "due date", there are gentle ways you can support yourself, including boosting your oxytocin, supporting your body with balance and stability, exploring your options around induction if the topic is raised (or should I say when it is raised!), and protecting yourself from outside noise and pressure.

✨Creating a sense of safety, feeling supported and reassured, gives your body the best chance for spontaneous labour to begin - at a time that’s right for you and your baby.

If you’d like to find out more about the support I offer, you’re welcome to explore my website, send me a message, or book a no-obligation connection call - links in bio. 🥰

✨️What a year it has been ✨

✨️I am so deeply grateful to every family who trusted me to walk alongside them this year — through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. Supporting them on such powerful, life-changing journeys, and witnessing their families grow and flourish, is an absolute honour. I truly have the best job in the world!

✨️A huge thank you as well to my wonderful doula colleagues , my family and friends, and all the incredible people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting along the way. I couldn’t do this work without your support and encouragement.

✨ I know this time of year can feel difficult and overwhelming for many, but I’m wishing you all a peaceful Christmas and a New Year filled with health and happiness 🎄🥰✨
