How We Build Our PEMF Programs for Infopathy, ICare PEMF, and Inspirstar FSM Devices.

Many PEMF programs available online are simply collections of frequencies grouped together, often with little explanation of why those frequencies were chosen.
Our approach is different.
The PEMF programs we create for the Infopathy community are built using principles derived from Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) — a clinical system that has been developed and refined over more than seventy years. In FSM, specific frequencies are associated with particular tissues and biological processes, allowing practitioners to work with frequencies in a far more targeted and intentional way.
When we build PEMF programs, frequencies are never combined randomly. Each program is designed with a clear therapeutic goal — supporting circulation, calming irritated tissue, assisting lymphatic drainage, or regulating the nervous system. At the same time, every program supports the body’s foundational healing processes, including releasing trauma patterns, promoting repair and regeneration, improving mitochondrial energy production, restoring normal tissue function, and increasing vitality in the target organ or tissue.
For example, when developing a PEMF program for liver health, we include frequencies related to the liver’s neural supply from the T7–T9 spinal segments, as well as pathways connected to the vagus nerve. By supporting these neural connections, we can influence how the liver communicates with the rest of the body and help improve its overall regulation.
My wife, Mina Watrous, and I, are also developing a new series of supportive PEMF programs that address the nerve supply, meridian systems, and energetic centers associated with each organ. Mina brings her experience as a Bi-Aura Therapist, Soul Contract Reader, and Biofield Tuning Practitioner, adding a complementary energetic perspective to this work.
Our goal is simple:
To create PEMF programs that are intentional, structured, and designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
