My name is Milli, and I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Reiki is a channelling of the ‘Universal Energy’ which surrounds us all.

Reiki and Crystal Healing - harnessing the Universal Life Force Energy and the unique vibration of crystals to create a space where healing can occur and balance and harmony is achieved. Crystal Healing will aim to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. d is spiritually guided to the recipient. This energy always works for the Greatest Good. Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts. Reiki and Crystal Healing can help shift your frequency to be less dis-eased.

Preparation is a ritual in itself ✨ The time I spend preparing the healing space and gathering any tools I feel called to use before a client arrives for their session is deeply grounding. It allows me to settle, connect and feel ready to hold space with presence, care and intention 🤲🏼

A few weeks ago I embarked on my Reiki Master and Teacher Training with - the third and final level of Reiki and it was such a special experience ✨

I met some wonderful new Reiki peers and connected with them in a way that felt incredibly meaningful. I can’t believe I have finally completed my Reiki Level 3 - I didn’t know when I’d be ready to do this but it came at the right and most perfect time.

Alice, thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom and passion so generously, and for creating a learning environment that felt both inspiring and deeply supportive 💜

My Reiki journey has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and it continues to evolve in ways I never could have imagined. Reiki has become such an important part of my personal healing journey, and I feel incredibly grateful and privileged to now share this beautiful healing modality with others 🤲🏼

It never ceases to amaze me, always flowing exactly where it is needed most 💫

I fell in love with Reiki a few years ago while searching for an alternative way to find relief from the intense symptoms and sensations I was experiencing on a daily basis - something that had begun to affect every aspect of my life ❤️‍🩹

After my first Reiki session, I left with an immense sense of relief and a deep connection to my body that I hadn’t felt in a very long time. It helped me understand myself and what I was experiencing more clearly and expanded my awareness in ways I hadn’t experienced before.

That experience stayed with me and became the beginning of a beautiful journey with Reiki and energy healing ✨

Now, I’m incredibly grateful to be able to offer this gentle form of healing to others, and I feel truly privileged to hold space for those who feel called to experience it 🤲🏼
