Amba Holistics My name is Milli, and I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. Reiki is a channelling of the ‘Universal Energy’ which surrounds us all.

Reiki and Crystal Healing - harnessing the Universal Life Force Energy and the unique vibration of crystals to create a space where healing can occur and balance and harmony is achieved. Crystal Healing will aim to return your mind, body and emotions back to a harmonious, peaceful, joyous, loving state of being in accordance with a natural order of life. The energy flows through my Crown Chakra and is spiritually guided to the recipient. This energy always works for the Greatest Good. Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts. Reiki and Crystal Healing can help shift your frequency to be less dis-eased.

One of my favourite methods to recharge the energy of crystals is to use Selenite. As well as being associated with clarity, peace and heightened awareness, Selenite is perfect to use to charge the energy of other crystals due to its naturally high, clear and uplifting frequency.

I’m so grateful to be back offering my Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions this Thursday at The Hare and the Moon after a lovely trip away ✨

Rest has always been an essential part of my own healing journey. It allows me to return feeling grounded, present and able to hold space for others in the way they deserve. Even while I was away, I continued my self-Reiki practice and experienced some beautiful and profound moments that reminded me just how powerful it is to slow down, tune in and simply be.

I’m looking forward to returning this Thursday feeling refreshed and ready to welcome those who feel called to experience the gentle, nurturing power of Reiki and Crystal Healing 💜

Preparation is a ritual in itself ✨ The time I spend preparing the healing space and gathering any tools I feel called to use before a client arrives for their session is deeply grounding. It allows me to settle, connect and feel ready to hold space with presence, care and intention 🤲🏼
