If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, yoga, or just taking some time to reset this is for you.

We’re opening the studio for a beautiful 2-hour Mini Reset.
A morning to move, breathe, relax, and connect perfect if you’re new, and just as perfect if you’re already part of our community.

Your morning will include:
• 30 mins Pilates Sculpt with Harriet
• 30 mins Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation with me
• 30 mins Sound Healing
• A chance to experience our beautiful AromaTouch hand (give and receive with essential oils,Nat will talk you though the benefits
• Tea, chats, and time to just be

This is about trying something new, meeting lovely people, and giving yourself a little reset before summer.

✨ One year ago today… ✨

A memory popped up and it stopped me in my tracks.

One year ago, this space was still just an office —
but the transformation had begun.

I hadn’t opened the doors yet.
There were no classes, no community, no calm — just a vision and a whole lot of belief.and doubt 🤣

I borrowed.
I hustled.
I distilled loans.
I sold jewellery.
Because I believed this space could be more.

More than four walls.
More than a room.

— ripping up floors, nailing wood to walls, getting dusty, tired, hopeful.
The unseen part. The scary part. The part where you trust yourself before anyone else does.

I believed this could become a place to build strength,
build confidence,
evolve,
and build a community 🤍

Today, it’s a tranquil space filled with movement, connection, and people choosing themselves — and I’m so proud of how far it’s come.

This is your reminder:
✨ Every dream starts before anyone sees it
✨ Progress begins long before the doors open
✨ And belief is the real foundation

So grateful for everyone who supported this journey — before, during, and now. You are part of this story 🤍

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single soul who has walked through the doors of Evolve — and to those supporting us quietly behind the scenes. This space is alive because of you.

A huge thank you to Contour Roofing for allowing us to use and rent this space — we are truly, always, and forever grateful for the opportunity.

Harriet and I are so thankful for the incredible support, especially to our Christmas Eve crew who showed up and worked their hearts out.

In the middle of the chaos, this is your reminder (and ours) to pause… take a breath.

So much excitement ahead — roll on 2026, beautiful things are coming.

WOW. 6:15 crew bringing that Friday energy 🔥
Time and time again I say it — I like to feel the practice before I teach the practice.
So here’s a little snippet of my own movement this morning, tuning in and preparing to deliver.

Those springs though…
This is what makes it different. The resistance works both ways — you’re not just pushing against it, you’re controlling the pull back in.
, the springs demand control, strength, and connection on the return as well. That’s where the magic (and the shake) lives.

High-energy class, slow and controlled movement, heart rate up, serious time under tension with added load.
It was powerful, it was spicy, and honestly… so much fun.

Little snippets from this week so far at the studio 🤍

From our 6:15am crew to the evening classes — slowing things down, moving with intention, being patient and conscious with our movement and our breath.
Less rushing. Less forcing. More presence. More listening to the body.

We’re learning to meet ourselves exactly where we’re at and grow from strength to strength.

I’m honestly loving seeing more men step into the space too — this is Sam’s second class this week, and it’s so good to witness people giving themselves permission to try something new.

I feel incredibly blessed to have this studio, but even more blessed to have the people who walk through the door week after week.
Your commitment, your consistency, your trust — I truly am so thankful for every single one of you.

January has some exciting new classes coming, but for now… let’s just stay here.
Focused. Grounded. Present.

A little reminder — what you see on Instagram isn’t always real. !
This space is about honesty — the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

And that’s exactly why this space exists 🤍
