Those moments in yoga where we slow down are just blissful, pressing pause with no guilt while we work on providing our mind, body and soul with what is needed. Peace, balance, strength, clarity, awareness, connection and so much more. I love giving people the time, the space, the confidence to access this feeling of safety within themselves and once people experience the impact of Yoga it becomes non-negotiable π Monday nights is now booked up for June (2 remaining spaces are for existing attendees). Some day classes have spaces.
