Those moments in yoga where we slow down are just blissful, pressing pause with no guilt while we work on providing our mind, body and soul with what is needed. Peace, balance, strength, clarity, awareness, connection and so much more. I love giving people the time, the space, the confidence to access this feeling of safety within themselves and once people experience the impact of Yoga it becomes non-negotiable 😌 Monday nights is now booked up for June (2 remaining spaces are for existing attendees). Some day classes have spaces.

Quick update on Yoga classes over Easter and through April 🐣

Monday 8pm - Mindful Mondays πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ
- pay every 4 weeks
- block starting tomorrow is fully booked 🚫
- no class on Easter Monday

Tuesday at Pitsea Activity Centre for the over 50s
- message for info
- classes just Β£3 with membership to the Centre

Thursday 10.30 - Chair Yoga, Kelvedon Hatch
- drop-in, pay weekly Β£8
- a few spaces available
- no class on Thursday 2nd April

Friday 9.15am - Mat Yoga, Harold Wood
- drop-in pay weekly Β£12
- at full capacity for April*
- no class on Good Friday

Feet πŸ‘£ are never neglected during my classes! We have awareness of our feet to feel steady and grounded, some postures such as crocodile pose 🐊 work with meridians in the body and at various points we'll stretch and strengthen our feet!. Ive mentioned using a tennis ball under foot to two different people lately and my phone was clearly listening as this useful info graphic popped up:

Your feet are the foundation of your posture 🦢
Rolling a tennis ball under the foot activates the plantar fascia and the entire posterior chainβ€”helping release tight hamstrings, glutes, and lower-back muscles.
