I'm always amazed by the sense of calm, connection, and stillness that fills the room as we journey together through sound. These moments remind me why I love what I do.

What a truly magical afternoon we shared together. The beautiful energy, the peaceful atmosphere of the church, and the collective intention in the room created something very special.
I am so grateful to each and every one of you for taking the time to pause, breathe, and be part of this experience. Holding space for such a wonderful group and witnessing everyone relax, reconnect, and simply receive was an absolute privilege.
I hope you left feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned with the beautiful energy of the Summer Solstice.
Thank you also to the Friends of St Helens and Sheriff Hutton Village Church for providing such a stunning sacred space for us to gather.

Hello beautiful souls,

I wanted to share just how excited I am to be holding a Sound Bath within the beautiful and sacred surroundings of Sheriff Hutton Village Church. 💛

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year a powerful celebration of light, growth, abundance, and transformation. It is a time to honour how far we've come, celebrate the light within ourselves, and set intentions for the months ahead.

Nature is at its fullest expression during the Solstice, reminding us that we too are capable of growth, expansion, and stepping into our own power. It invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

There is something incredibly special about experiencing sound healing in such a sacred space. The beautiful acoustics of the church allow the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to resonate deeply, creating a truly immersive and magical experience.

Together we'll take time to slow down, breathe deeply, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with ourselves through the healing power of sound.

I honestly cannot wait to share this experience with you all. Every Sound Bath is unique, but this one feels particularly special, combining the energy of the Solstice, the beauty of the church, and the collective energy of our wonderful community.
