💚🌿Woodoaks Farm last night, welcoming September✨

💚It has been a year since the first Sound Journey Meditation in the Black Barn. Each time fills me with excitement as I drive through the gates and between the fields - the tall roof of the magnificent Barn calling.
🌿The footpaths through the land are seeped in memories from my teenage years, walking our dogs, meeting friends, crossing over the newly-built M25. Now, a fair few years later it brings me such joy to be able to share the wonders of Sound with the local community. Woodoaks Farm is all about community and I am truly blessed to be a little part of the magic.

✨Last night was blessed with a backdrop of a magnificent skyscape - not a sunset of colour, but one of an expanse of dramatic sky. The clouds darkened just as we were ready to start and I expected to have the sound of rain to accompany me. Instead, the sky gradually darkened, the line of trees blended with the dark and the bird-song quietened.
The deepening, darkening sky through the open Barn doors accompanied me and the effect was truly magical .

💖🙏Gratitude to the beautiful souls who joined me last night. There were so many new faces, some experiencing Sound for the first time. I hope that you will be back. Others, familiar, relaxed and noticing how different each journey is. Thank you all.
💖🙏Gratitude to Melanie for the beautifully collected flowers from your magical patch on the farm. The colours and the dancing grass were perfect and are now joyfully smiling at home.
💖🙏Gratitude to for bringing the magnificent gong over for me - she was stunning as ever.

Yesterday's Aromatic Reflexology CPD workshop.

🌸Ahhh what a beautiful day.
Introducing the wonders of essential oils to Reflexologists. We ended the day by creating a bespoke aromatic blend, chosen from a selection of carefully created recipes.





(This is not a full Aromatherapy course and you will not learn the in-depth chemistry of essential oils. You will study a number of carefully selected essential oils for use with Reflexology and will be provided with a selection of recipes that you can use safely with clients.)
