When we consider the wider determinants of health and wellbeing, the report is likely to raise some profound questions.

"One interviewee spoke of being pressured to return to working in the office despite being clinically vulnerable, and her request for home working was not accepted until her GP and consultant specialist intervened."

This research report by of Equilibrium Mediation Consulting has been supported by UNISON who recognised the challenges Black women face in the workplace.

The extent of problems faced with regard to the Windrush Generations mental health and wellbeing would be quite difficult to measure.

There are a handful of studies that have tested the impact of legal status and psychological wellbeing.

However, a recent study by Patler and Pirtle (2018) has highlighted the positive emotional consequences of transitioning out of undocumented status for young Latino immigrants.

Further raising concerns about the current โ€œsituationโ€ and itโ€™s impact on the psychological wellbeing of the Windrush Generation.
