SUNDAY CHECK-IN 🦋💜
Before another week begins, take a moment to check in with yourself.
Ask yourself:
💜 How is my body feeling?
💜 How is my mind feeling?
💜 What do I need more of this week?
💜 What can I give myself permission to do less of?
And remember…
Rest isn't laziness.
Pacing isn't giving up.
Asking for help isn't weakness.
You’re allowed to listen to what your body is telling you.
🌸 What’s one thing you’re going to prioritise for yourself this week?
Tell us below — and let’s start the new week supporting each other. 🫶

A LITTLE SATURDAY REMINDER 💜
Living with fibromyalgia can mean celebrating things that other people might not even notice.
Getting dressed when you really didn’t want to.
Getting out of bed.
Having a shower.
Going for a short walk.
Doing the washing.
Making yourself something to eat.
Leaving the house.
Asking for help.
Or simply getting through a difficult day.
🦋 What’s one small win you’ve had this week?
It doesn’t have to be something huge. Small wins still count. 💜
Tell us yours below so we can celebrate it with you! 👇

FRIDAY FIBRO QUESTION ☕🦋
If you could design the perfect fibro-friendly day, what would it include?
Would it be…
🛌 A lie-in
☕ Endless cups of tea
🛋️ Comfy clothes & the sofa
🌳 A gentle walk
📺 Your favourite TV show
🍰 A nice treat
💆 A massage
😴 An afternoon nap
👯 Time with people who understand
Or something completely different?

There are no rules here. We’re all about doing what works for YOU. 💜

MYTH VS REALITY 🦋
❌ MYTH: “But you don’t look ill.”
✅ REALITY: Fibromyalgia is an invisible illness. Someone can look perfectly fine on the outside while dealing with pain, exhaustion, brain fog and a whole host of symptoms on the inside.
You don’t have to look sick to be struggling.
And you don’t have to prove your pain to anyone. 💜
What’s one thing you wish people understood about living with fibromyalgia?
👇 Tell us below — you never know who might read your comment and feel a little less alone.

FIBRO FOG… YOU KNOW THE ONE! 😂🧠
You walk into a room and forget why you’re there.
You pick up your phone… then completely forget what you were going to do.
Someone tells you something and 30 seconds later your brain has gone:
“Absolutely no idea what you just said.” 😭
Fibro fog can be frustrating, embarrassing and exhausting — but you are NOT stupid and you’re not “losing your mind.”
🦋 What’s the funniest or most frustrating fibro-fog moment you’ve had?
Tell us in the comments. Let’s see who can relate! 😂👇

How is your body feeling today? 🦋
Fibromyalgia can feel completely different from one day to the next — and sometimes even hour to hour.
So, let’s check in 👇
💜 Pain
💜 Fatigue
💜 Brain fog
💜 Sleep
💜 Sensitivity
💜 Mood
💜 Something else
Drop one word or an emoji in the comments to describe how you’re feeling today.
No judgement, no explanations needed. Sometimes it just helps knowing other people get it. 🫶

We’ve made this change to make our group more accessible, central and easier to get to for the people we support. 💜

Our groups are all about coming together, having a cuppa ☕, chatting with people who understand, sharing experiences and, most importantly, knowing you’re not alone.

Whether you’re a regular member or you’ve never been along before, you’re always welcome at Fibro-Connect TS. 🦋

We can’t wait to welcome you to our new Hartlepool home! 💜

🌿 WEDNESDAY WELLNESS CHECK-IN 🌿

Living with fibromyalgia can make even the simplest days feel exhausting. So today, remember:

💜 You don’t have to do everything.
💜 Resting isn’t being lazy.
💜 It’s okay to change your plans.
💜 Small achievements still count.
💜 Your body deserves kindness, especially on the difficult days.

Try asking yourself today: “What does my body need from me right now?” 🫶

Listen to it. Slow down if you need to. There’s no prize for pushing yourself past your limits.

💜 Fibro Connect TS — supporting each other, one day at a time.
