Are you aged 16–24 and living in or near Tendring or Southend? Do you feel lonely or socially isolated?

The University of Essex is looking for young people to take part in a creative research project exploring experiences of loneliness and social isolation.

The project will involve three group workshops where participants will create and discuss images representing their experiences, with the opportunity to work together on a final project such as a photo exhibition.

🍔 Youth Club Cooking Session! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

This week our young people got stuck into making their own homemade burgers from scratch!

From preparing and seasoning the ingredients to shaping and cooking their burgers, it was a great hands-on session building confidence, independence and practical cooking skills — with some very tasty results! 😋🙌
