Slow Yoga, Craniosacral and Chiron Gong Bath
There remain a few places available on the next Yoga, Craniosacral and Chiron Gong immersion, which takes place next weekend, on Saturday 24th May at Concorde House Clinic at 4.30pm.
These special monthly events begin with 45 minutes of very gentle yoga and movement to help release the fascia, still the mind and bring awareness into the body in preparation for 50 minutes in Savasana / lying down with Tanya playing the Chiron gong.
The Chiron gong is named after the mythical centaur in Greek mythology known as the “Wounded Healer.” The sound of the gong resonates with the frequencies associated with the celestial body Chiron. The vibrational energy of the gong helps us to explore and heal our emotional wounds and traumas, supporting transformation, personal growth, inner peace, resilience and a deeper connection to our innate healing capacity.
During the Gong bath there is the option to receive craniosacral touch to support the body to deepen into stillness where your ‘inner physician’ does its work to help return the body back to a state of health and homeostasis.
Come and join us on Saturday to experience this special mix of healing modalities.
