4 weeks into a real effort to live and eat clean.

Exceptional circumstances such as holidays or eating out where there is no choice but to eat what is available
Well I wasn't as clean as I'd thought I was, my gut had been significantly affected by unavoidable stress over the past few years giving me a few small but dangerous warning signs to take stock of my lifestyle now (and I thought I was 'healthy'). Youth, lack of education awareness, and stubbornness definitely masked many symptoms ☺️
1-2 weeks in and my body definitely purged leading to hives, rashes, irritability, bowel changes, increased thirst, and tiredness.
4 weeks in and a massive acceleration in my energy levels. I am loving 6am starts with green juices and yoga.
I have followed a healthier diet for 5-6 years but now I truly love turmeric, celery, beetroot, seaweed, actually any raw vegetables whole or juiced!
Still a long way to go.. I know real healing and change can take at 6-12 months.. but I'm determined to continue and to respect my body 🙏
The human body is truly amazing and wants to repair, heal, and flourish ❤️
