Throwback Sunday. ❄️

This popped up in my reminders today - me at math camp, 16 years ago. It’s funny how a single photo can pull you right back to a different version of yourself.

But if there’s one thing the practice has taught me, it’s that there is no better moment than the present moment. The version of me in this snowsuit didn’t know where life would lead, and the version of me today is just grateful to be here.

There’s a particular kind of tiredness that seems to show up around this time of year.
Nothing dramatic - just there in the background.

I’ve been trying to be a little kinder with it lately, leaning into the things that help me recharge: yoga, time in nature, reading, and lots of play time with my fur babies.
