It's been a while since we updated you - here's an update on some of the work we do behind the scenes...

Sal is delighted to have worked with Lucy, James and Ruby to create this four part film for Visit Pembrokeshire using just a mobile phone, showcasing Pembrokeshire as an accessible destination for all.

We started with a loose script around accommodation and an itinerary of activities guided by Lucy and James and from there, a beautiful story unfolded.

We were also pleased to have been able to capture a joyful mix of sun, rain and snow during our adventures...an authentic insight to this stunning county.

Life Seeker & Sal had a FANTASTIC TIME working with Lucy, James and Ruby (Dog) as part of Visit Pembrokeshire's 'Open to All' project, which raises awareness of the needs of people with disability visiting Pembrokeshire, and ensure they are represented equally whilst promoting the county as an accessible destination for all.

From their holiday base at the stunning Capel Colman Cottages (thanks lovely hosts Sam and Dave 🙏), our team mission was to capture Lucy and James's adventures as an independent couple with learning disabilities, exploring the delights of west Wales.

Oh what a giggle we had...Ruby Dog had the time of her life (Sal nearly smuggled her home) 😂 AND we're extremely excited to share some of the footage we captured by phone when it's ready!

A small group of us enjoyed some fresh air and a stroll around Haverfordwest Priory last week before gathering for the first of our 'Introduction to Mindfulness' sessions at The Salt Loft Yoga Studio with Andrew Dugmore.

It was a welcome reminder to slow down and take note of our surroundings, and each other, whilst practicing simple mindfulness techniques to help us manage life's ongoing challenges...

Two further weekly sessions to follow with this same group - we look forward to it 🤗
