Wow, what another busy week! Started my new weekly sessions at the fabulous Rainham Foodbank (Thursday mornings, spread the word) Also got a few new commissions, including one in the USA (unfortunately only online for now 😁)

What a wild week! Teaching 480 Year 6 children how to read sugary drinks labels, taking 20+ (adults) blood pressures, more than 50 health conversations, met the new Mayor, attended a faith summit to present a su***de prevention awareness session, finished last night with a fun weight management session for 20 patients in Romford....
(having today off!)
