Although yes cooking this made my kitchen feel 10 times hotter, thankfully it didn't take too long to do and I didn't need to be standing over it while it cooked

Now this is what you call a fully food optimised day, where you can still enjoy all those foods you love 😋

Yes there was quite a few SWIPS used in my breakfast this morning but as I do with every day I plan my SWIPS so I know how many if any I'll be using in each meal and how many if any I'll have left.

With the 1 SWIP I used on sugar in my tea this morning that means I've used a Total of 14 SWIPS today
