When you see the post below can you immediately think of examples in your life when you said Yes but would have preferred to say No.

Meeting the needs of others may come more naturally but at what cost?

Ignoring your own needs can lead to self neglect and have an impact on your wellbeing.

Saying No can be very challenging but creating a healthy boundary and taking care of your needs may be just what you need.

Do you even know what your own needs are?

Tend to your own oxygen mask first - does that phrase trigger a response within you when you hear it? Do you consider it selfish?

Placing your mask on first puts you in a better position to help others.

Exploring conditioned behaviours with a view to changing them if desired can be very challenging and takes practice but can be done.
