Very excited for tonight's sound bath @ Ockenden Manor Spa Hotel...it's a shame it won't be under the stars as planned but it will still be a super relaxing sound journey!

Fantastic sunset sound baths at Ockenden Manor Hotel. It's a beautiful setting with a super comfy bed, blankets and eye mask. The birds happily sing along and even the rabbits join us!

Look out for their packages which include a sound bath, spa and dinner!
