My new updated autoclave has arrived !
This sterilisation process is the only way to guarantee the cleanliness of tools used on you.
Behind the scenes theres alot patient's doesn't see
The process is at the end of every working day
●Scrub individual tools with hot water using wire brush to remove debris
●Put tools into an ultra sonic cleaner (adding suitable cleaning agent) removing more debris & germs.
●Rinse & dry tools thoroughly then place tools in to sterilisation pouches.
●Put into auto clave to bake at a high temperature this then kills bacterial & any fungal spores that may still be present
●Once cycle has finished a digital print out is saved to a memory stick to prove cycle has been successful & all tools are now safe & ready to use.
These auto claves need to be checked & serviced yearly, so you know that my tools are guaranteed to be as sterile as they can be.
