Hey kind friends

1) So I am super grateful that I was able to take the earlier this week during a workshop presented by the brilliant , , & . The Oath is about committing to honest, concrete and regular action for planet, inclusion & adventure as well as continued learning. The team above have designed a beautiful and practical approach including an action compass and wayfinding guides shaped by nature’s systems, processes, designs and functions. Check it out if you're interested. (Left image is me at 10 years old, in Zimbabwe, checking my nature guidebook. 2) I'm also gearing up for LGBTQ+ residential youth camp next week (packing up my hacky sacks, trans flag wristbands, a plan for a 90 minute nature connection session…and my waterproofs 🇬🇧.). There’s gonna be , , , 20 young people - it’s gonna be off the hook. ⚓️

3) Booked my spot at the and my flight to DC in April. Really thrilled to take part and connect with my communities. (I’m hoping to catch a ride from DC to the site on April 1st so if any summiteers are driving that way and fancy splitting the gas money HMU 😀 🙏🏼.)

I'll be guiding a forest therapy walk with Peak Q***r Adventures near Sheffield - I think all 12 spots are booked & I can't wait to see you all. Thanks to for the invitation.🌲

*Weds - Fri, February 16th-18th*
Super stoked to volunteer as a youth worker & also guide nature therapy @ The Kite Trust Winter Camp. These folx are doing an amazing job supporting LGBTQ+ youth in Cambridgeshire and I'm thrilled to get to work with my brilliant friend . ⛺️

*Saturday, February 19th*
I'm facilitating my monthly online Nature Connections youth group for Gendered Intelligence. Been running these two-hour sessions for 18 months and the young people always bring their best selves to chat nature and have a good laugh. 🦞

*Saturday, February 26th*
I’ll also be in the pool with the young people at Gendered Intelligence’s much-loved London swimming group. 🩳 (

BIPOC, if you gather with your family, no judgment, because we don’t live on colonial time! We are worthy of joy,it helps us heal, be well, bring in a better world, just stay rooted in TRUTH.

whte ppl, you have A LOT of work to do, reposting & awareness is not enough, if you’re ready to dig deep & feel called to the decolonial shadow work, I am ready to circle with a small group in a couple of weeks, few spaces remain, payment plan ends Monday, join us in link in bio if you feel deeply called to right the wrongs, to heal, to unlearn.

whte ppl who have been doing their anti-racism work, who seek to right the wrongs of their colonial ancestors, who seek to show up in right relation, who know the whte colonial patriarchy is their programming but does not have to be their legacy, I invite you into Unlearning & Healing the whte colonial mind weekend intensive.

Limited spaces available as this is an intimate container that weaves together shadow work, energy work, somatic work, & teachings.

If you seek to create a better world, to unsettle, to show up for the decolonial movement, your unlearning & healing must happen FIRST so that in your attempts to “help”, you do not show up as a colonizer.

I say these words in fierce truth but also in deep love. My Elder Don Alejandro Apaza has reminded me we need ALL OF US to restore harmony & balance and so I hold this container in compassion and in truth telling & deep shadow work healing so that you can begin to disengage from the colonial shadows, not collude with colonial ancestors, & heal too.

I am calling in the courageous, the healers, the visionaries who understand it is TIME to do this work.

May we heal together & get free🌬.

For 18 month I've been guiding online Nature Connections groups for and will be co-hosting this online event. We'll explore ways we can connect with the wider world this and I'll be sharing some global stories and poetry.

We know how important it is have spaces with people we trust and feel safe around, especially for young trans people. We’re having two separate events on the day for trans youth (ages 14-25).

Super lucky to get up to see friends in Leeds this weekend. We all headed over to Hebden Bridge on Sunday to meet up with ***routhereadventures for 10k walk. It was my first time joining a q***r hiking group and it was a brilliant day out - great turnout, excellent leadership from Ali (), stunning views, dry and comfy weather, gorgeous autumnal colours, rushing river sounds, muddy boots, pauses for donkeys & goats, terrific chats along the way and a spicy vegan burger at the finish line. 👍🏼 🌶 🍔

Huge thanks to for the warm welcome and for getting us all together.
