Want to feel stronger, move better and have more confidence in what your body can do?

Strong for Life is my new 8-week small-group programme designed specifically for people over 50 who want to improve their strength, fitness, balance and mobility without feeling like they need to “get fit” before they start.

We start from where you are now and build from there.
Across the 8 weeks we'll work on strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, mobility and confidence with exercise. But I've also built the programme to look beyond the sessions themselves.

You'll get:
✓ 8 coached small-group sessions at The Lodge
✓ Exercises with different levels to suit your ability
✓ Access to my coaching app
✓ Additional workouts you can complete at home
✓ Simple habit and lifestyle coaching
✓ Guidance around movement, recovery and nutrition
✓ Progress tracking and regular check-ins
✓ Support from me throughout the programme

The aim isn't just to get you through eight weeks of exercise.
It's to help you become stronger and more capable for the things you actually want to do, whether that's keeping active with the family, getting back to hobbies, walking further, feeling steadier on your feet or simply making everyday life feel easier.

Starts Thursday 17 September
6:30pm
Small group places are limited

It’s probably time I reintroduced myself

I’m Luke Collins, a Movement & Rehabilitation Specialist based in Cornwall.
I help people move better, reduce pain, build strength and feel more confident in their body — particularly if injury, persistent pain, a medical condition, or simply getting older has made exercise feel harder than it used to.

That means I can help in a few different ways, depending on where you’re starting:
• 1-to-1 coaching and rehabilitation
• movement-focused personal training
• sports therapy and treatment
• hybrid coaching with face-to-face and guided home support
• online support for people who need structure and accountability
• small group programmes, including Strong for Life for adults 50+

For some people, the starting point is pain.
For others, it’s loss of strength, reduced confidence, an old injury, a medical condition, or simply not knowing where to begin.

That’s why my approach is built around finding the right starting point for you.
You don’t need to arrive knowing whether you need rehab, treatment, coaching, Pilates or a structured programme. My job is to help guide you to the right path and build a plan that works for your body, your goals and your life.

I’m not interested in quick fixes, punishing workouts or making people feel like they need to be fit before they start.
I’m much more interested in helping people understand their body, build from where they are now, and create something sustainable that actually improves everyday life.
So whether you want to:
• get out of pain
• move with more confidence
• return to exercise safely
• improve strength and mobility
• manage a condition more effectively
• or simply feel better in your own body
I’d love to help.

I’ll be sharing more here about movement, rehabilitation, pain, strength, healthy ageing and the different ways people can work with me.

So whether you’ve followed me for years or you’re completely new here — hello.
And if you’ve been thinking about getting some help but aren’t quite sure where to start, send me a message and we can talk through the best route for you.

STRONG FOR LIFE — OVER 50s
Something new is coming to The Lodge this September.

I’m launching a new 8-week Strong for Life programme, designed specifically for people over 50 who want to:

Get stronger
Reduce pain and stiffness
Improve balance and confidence
Move better in everyday life
Learn how to exercise safely and effectively
Build habits that last beyond the 8 weeks
This isn't just another weekly exercise class.

Over the 8 weeks we'll combine expert-led small group coaching at The Lodge, guided workouts you can complete independently, simple education around movement and recovery, and ongoing support between sessions. Tailored to you.

The goal isn't to make you dependent on classes.
It's to help you become stronger, more confident and more capable of looking after your body for the long term.

Starts: Thursday 17th September
6:15pm
The Lodge, Helston
Maximum 8 people
Launch cohort: £175 for the full 8 weeks

No previous gym experience needed.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in — or you know someone who might benefit — comment “STRONG” below or send me a message and I'll send you the details before general booking opens.

Something new is coming…

Over the past few years, things have evolved significantly.
What started as personal training has developed into a much more focused approach — helping people move better, reduce pain, and get back to doing what they enjoy.

After a lot of learning, experience, and work behind the scenes…
This is the final rebrand.

Luke Collins – Movement & Rehab Specialist

Clear, focused, and aligned with exactly how I want to help people moving forward.
One of the biggest priorities for me has been making it easier to understand where to start.

Because everyone comes in at a different point.

For some, that might be:
• Starting with massage therapy to reduce pain and tension

For others:
• Moving into rehab-focused personal training to rebuild strength, movement and confidence
Or:
• Joining structured sessions such as the Over 50’s classes, designed to improve strength, mobility and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment
Different starting points, but the same outcome:
move better, feel better, and stay active long term.

To celebrate this milestone…
Tomorrow evening I’ll be launching something special.
A limited offer across personal training and massage therapy, designed to help you get started—whatever your current situation.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, or getting back to feeling like yourself again, this is a great opportunity.

Keep an eye out tomorrow evening.

Over the past few years, something has become really clear…
Most people I work with aren’t just looking to “get fitter”.
They’re dealing with:
• Ongoing aches and pains
• Old injuries that never fully resolved
• Stiffness, weakness or a lack of confidence in their body
And they don’t need another generic workout plan.
They need the right approach.

So I want to properly reintroduce what I do.

I help people 40+ reduce pain, move better and build strength for life.
This isn’t about smashing yourself in the gym.
It’s about:
✔ Understanding how your body moves
✔ Working around injuries and limitations
✔ Building strength safely and progressively
✔ Feeling confident in your body again

Over the last year, I’ve taken a step back and really focused on where I can make the biggest difference.

I’m continuing my professional development and currently studying with the Movement Therapy team, building on everything I’ve learned so far.
What that’s helped me do is simplify things.

Taking the confusion away from medical jargon and turning it into a clear understanding of:
What’s stopping you moving well
What’s causing discomfort or pain
And what will actually help you move better, with less pain

Yes—health and wellbeing matters as a whole.
Your mindset, experiences and lifestyle all play a role.

But for most people I work with, it comes down to this…
Confidence in movement
Knowing what works for YOUR body
Not following generic approaches

Everything I offer now reflects that:
• Movement & rehab coaching (1-2-1)
• Clinical Pilates
• Small group training (done properly)
• Sports therapy & hands-on treatment
All delivered in a private, supportive environment at The Lodge.

If you’ve been struggling with pain, stiffness, or feel like your body isn’t what it used to be…
Drop me a message
I’m always happy to chat and point you in the right direction.
