Celebrate Every Win 💪✨

This is Tia.

Last week, after being part of MOR since last summer and showing up consistently to train week after week, she achieved her very first pull-up 🙌

And the best part? It wasn't a one-off. She's repeated it multiple times since.

Moments like this are exactly why we celebrate every win at MOR.

Not every achievement comes in the form of a PB, a number on a barbell, or a dramatic transformation photo. Sometimes it's the first pull-up. Sometimes it's walking through the door when motivation is low. Sometimes it's choosing yourself for an hour in a busy week.

Every win matters.

Because those "small" victories are usually the result of months of effort, commitment, and showing up when nobody is watching.

Tia's pull-up didn't happen overnight. It happened because she stayed consistent.

MOR x Equation Workshops are Back! 🔥

We're excited to welcome Coach OBH back to MOR on Sunday 21st June at 9:30am for another specialist gymnastics workshop.

This time, the focus is on developing the skills, strength, drills, and confidence needed to work towards your Bar Muscle Up.

Whether you're just starting your gymnastics journey or already progressing towards your first BMU, Oli will provide coaching, progressions, and individual guidance to help move you forward.

Learning new skills is one of the most rewarding parts of training, and being exposed to different coaching styles and expertise is valuable for athletes of all levels.

If you're happy feeling tired all the time...
If you're content with your energy levels being on the floor...

Your Habits Become Their Normal

Children are always watching.

Not just when we're teaching them, but when we're living our everyday lives.

When they see us prioritising movement, they learn that exercise is a normal part of life.

When they see us fuelling our bodies with nutritious food, they learn that food is there to nourish, not punish.

When they see us going for a walk, lifting weights, stretching, playing sport, drinking water, getting outside, and looking after our mental wellbeing, those behaviours become their normal too.

Our children don't need to see perfection.

They need to see consistency.

They need to see adults who value their health, make time for themselves, and understand that movement is something to enjoy rather than something to fear.

The habits we build today don't just impact our own future. They help shape the attitudes and behaviours of the next generation.

So whether it's a gym session, a family walk, dancing in the kitchen, or simply choosing to look after yourself, remember:

At MOR, we believe fitness is for every body.

Not the "perfect" body.
Not the body you think you should have.
Not the body social media tells you to chase.

Every body.

We live in a world where people make instant judgements based on appearance. Society often decides what someone is capable of before they've even had the chance to prove themselves.

But we know better.

A body's size, shape, age, or appearance tells you very little about its strength, resilience, determination, or potential.

We've seen people of all shapes and sizes achieve things they never thought possible. We've watched confidence grow, strength increase, and lives change—not because someone looked a certain way, but because they showed up and gave themselves a chance.

MOR is a community-driven facility where everyone is welcome. Whether you're completely new to exercise, returning after years away, managing injuries, building confidence, or chasing performance goals, you'll be supported every step of the way.

No judgement.

What an incredible year it has been.

What a beautiful community we have grown.

What a way to celebrate.

Last night, transported us back to the 1940s and we jived the night away.

Moments like these remind us that MOR is so much more than a place to train. It's a community built on support, encouragement, and shared experiences.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, attended a class, trusted us with your fitness journey, volunteered, supported an event, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines — thank you.

The last year has been filled with challenges, growth, learning, and so many proud moments. None of it would have been possible without every single person who has been part of the MOR story.

No “summer shred in 6 days.”
No surviving on rice cakes and sadness.
No being screamed at because you missed a burpee.
