Andy has lost an incredible 4 stone 13½ lbs …an absolutely phenomenal achievement! 🎉💪

The health benefits have been just as amazing. Andy has put his type 2 diabetes into remission, his blood pressure is now at a healthy, normal level, and he’s feeling happier, healthier, and full of energy 😊❤️

🎉✨ Congratulations to our newest Target Member, Aimee! ✨🎉

What an incredible achievement 💖

Aimee has lost an amazing 4 stone 11½ pounds with Slimming World, and an astonishing 14 stone in total! 🥳👏

Aimee joined Slimming World because she felt she needed a little extra support with her weight loss journey to reach her final goal.
She says joining Slimming World has been life changing. Not only has she learned how to make healthier food choices, but she’s also found the encouragement, friendships, connections, and plenty of laughter along the way that have made the journey so special.

Aimee says that staying to group has been vitally important to her success. While the journey hasn’t always been easy, her advice to anyone still working towards their dream is simple

Today we’re taking on Pen-y-Ghent, the third highest mountain in Yorkshire, to raise money for our Under 11s football team.

We’re hoping to raise funds for new equipment to help the kids develop and enjoy the game. So, if you’ve got a spare quid and you’d like to support us, any donation, big or small, would mean the world.

⚽️ England Semi Final This Wednesday Evening ⚽️

To make sure everyone can get weighed and still be home in plenty of time for the 8:00pm kick off, we’re making a few changes to Wednesday evening’s group:

🕔 Scales open from 5:00pm

✅ 5:30pm group will run as normal

⚖️ As soon as the 5:30pm group finishes around 6:45pm, we’ll begin weighing our 7:00pm members as quickly as possible.

⏰ Please make sure you’re through the scales by 7:15pm, as we’ll be closing the scales at 7:15pm this week only. We’ll then start our group support promptly at 7:15pm for those staying, giving everyone plenty of time to get home for the game.

A Diamond Target Member is someone who has not only achieved their target weight but has also maintained it for at least one year, an absolutely fantastic achievement 🎉

These amazing members are proof that Slimming World isn’t a fad or a quick fix. It’s a sustainable, healthy way of eating that fits into real life, allowing you to enjoy food, feel healthier, happier and live your very best life.
