🌅 Sunrise Sauna Sessions 🔆

Before the world wakes up, there’s a whole hour of the day that can be yours. Heat, cold, quiet, nature - all before the day gets a look in.

Hotly demanded by many of you, we’re going to be trialling Sunrise Sessions on a few Thursdays in October to see if we make this a regular thing.

There is something quite magic about being by the river first thing in the morning, particularly as we move into the colder months. The mist makes everything so ethereal and the riverside even more awe inspiring (imagine that).

Before I start setting alarms at ungodly hours permanently, we’re going to give it a 3-week trial!

Sessions are available to book from now for 8th, 15th & 22nd October; 6:30am, 7:30am & 8:30am

Memberships are here!

I’ve been asked about these more than anything else since Soala opened. And the easy option would’ve been to build them around saving money (which they definitely do). But I wanted them to stand for something more than that.

We all have things that quietly become a really core part of our week. A walk, a gym class, a yoga practice, coffee with a friend. They are important because the little things we keep coming back to often are, in fact, the big things.

Whether you’re looking to:
🔥Dip your toe in with *Spark* - 2x sauna sessions / £45 month
🔥Make it a weekly ritual with *Flame* - 4x sessions / £65 month or
🔥Return a little more often with *Fire* - 8x sessions/ £95 month

…there’s now a membership to suit whichever saunaer you are.

And if memberships aren’t your thing, there’s a Flexible Pass for 5x Sessions too.

**The first 10 Founding Flame Memberships are available at £59/month (usually £65). Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
