We are easy to get to from Hereford and surrounding villages and have plenty of parking - its a great little lunch time boost!

A new addition to the Grōwan calendar, Sauna & Sips is a relaxed summer evening designed for women who want to unwind and enjoy a little time for themselves.

We'll spend time in the sauna as the day begins to cool, before gathering for a glass of bubbles and some gorgeous nibbles while watching the sunset. A lovely opportunity to slow down, chat and ease yourself into the latter half of the week!

Yoga is magic for many things… anxiety is one of them!

You Are Not Your Anxiety
Yoga helps us step back from anxious feelings instead of becoming consumed by them. Through movement, breath, and meditation, we learn to observe anxiety rather than identify with it. You are not an anxious person, you are a person experiencing anxious feelings.

Changing the Relationship
Anxiety isn’t always the enemy. Sometimes it’s your nervous system trying to keep you safe. Yoga teaches us to soften our relationship with anxiety, becoming curious rather than fearful, and recognising that some anxious feelings are completely human and logical.

Calming the Nervous System
When we live with anxiety, the body can become stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode. Yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system: our “rest and digest” state, calming the body, slowing the breath, and helping us feel safe again.

Teaching the Body to Relax
Yoga stimulates the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating stress and emotional responses. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, we strengthen the body’s ability to relax after stress and build resilience over time.

Back Into the Body
Yoga brings us out of our racing minds and back into the body, into what is real, present, and tangible. It helps us regulate emotions, build self-awareness, and reconnect with ourselves gently. For many people, that becomes one of the most powerful tools for navigating anxiety.

I have been full time at Grōwan for a month and I’ve been reflecting!

It’s a long one 😂🤗❤️

Herefordshire is a real do it yourself kind of places, there aren’t tons of businesses, so it creates the space to try things and go for it yourself.
I wanted to shout out my support group who have been amazing this year, since I talked about quitting my day job, cheering me on and just being so open with advice and listening to my fears!

Firstly .her - my colleague! It’s a dream to work with Al, we have similar values around what we do and the same aim to give women time and space to feel good. I personally love her classes and really value our friendship.

is another dreamy colleague, I would love to work with Inge more but she is a very busy lady… amazing at what she does. She gives the most holistic, bespoke massage I have ever had and I’m so thankful to call her my friend.

just moved closer which made me so happy, very different business but again helping women feel amazing. I recently went to see her myself for a colour analysis and it was the best morning!

with her super cool salon and again helping women feel amazing with her beyond hair skills… and now comes to my classes so I see her every week ❤️

And the gorgeous whose jobs are not front and centre but who is always bringing the fun and support.

I love our monthly dinners where we order as much of a menu as we can and share and talk and just lift each other up. The best group of ladies!
